Reviews Summary

Visitors praise the Hellenic Children's Museum for its highly interactive and engaging exhibits, particularly the realistic market and construction zones, which are a hit with kids. The friendly staff and free entry are also noted positives. However, some find the museum difficult to locate, with inconsistent signage, and parking can be a challenge. Booking in advance and checking for specific entry requirements, like mask policies, is essential. Reddit

"What a nice place to visit and to take your children too.
The location is amazing, just on the highway, although the entrance for walking can be from highway but the strollers shall be from the back street, even the car parking is a street parking from the back street.
The staff were very friendly.
The place is very interacting and fun for a 2 hours visit for the children.
No fees for entry, but you can donate!

Problems are:
No stroller entry from main street.
Difficult to find car parking in the backstreet.
The weather is warm inside the museum

Thanks for this experience!"

"Unfortunately, I could not give more stars as they didn’t let us in.
First of all, very difficult to find the place. I have read others commenting as well not easy to find because there are no signs and it’s true. One map shows on one road the other map shows on an other road.
Some police guys helped me to finally get there. Please note if you are going alone and you have a stroller there are lots of stairs to get up there.
Once we got up, the main door was closed. One lady opened and told me my son wouldn’t be allowed as it’s only from 3 years old as they have to wear masks. When I said I didn’t find any information on the website regarding the measurements she said it was posted in the ‘News’ section. As something so important like this should be front page where everyone can see it. And then she said anyways you have to book an appointment.
As I looked inside it was empty. 11 o’clock and I didn’t see one kid. Many families were waiting outside.
Looked very nice and organized. I love the idea of the place I wish we were allowed to get in.
When I expressed my disappointment to the lady that it was hard to find, no information on the website etc she said I know, we are working on it! So work a little bit harder and at least you could have said sorry. Or something like that. ‘We appreciate you came and apologize for the inconvenience However we can’t wait for you to come back as soon as your child is older! Thank you and have a good day!’"
