"Thrash. Unfinished facility with nothing but a lazy river and lane swimming. They don't have any info on what is and what isn't open. Then we went to see the Sauna and it didn't give any info on the entrance but they turned out to charge us all 3-hour sauna tickets full price, even though the girls were only passing through and never actually went to sauna and the child in our group didn't get access altogether and never even went in. Nevertheless they were extremely rude while insisting charging all 5 of us full price. Pathetic. Also, the aufguss was a bit silly lasting like 2 mins.
Edit: it is clear where the staff got their poor rude attitude from. What a disgrace! Instead of apologizing and treating your customers with some decency, you choose to question my integrity. Class act!
Look, was I there or were you? Did I look at your website or socials? No. We were with a group including kids as stated and we just went in without reading every sign.
When you get inside... It might be an idea to have, say, a MAP telling you where to go and which areas are not accessible.
Then when you go from the pool area to the sauna, and there is a lonely turnstile in what can only be described as a maze of hallways, perhaps put a SIGN there that says: 'your wristband will be charged if you go beyond this point'.
Finally, if your customer say they didn't visit the Sauna and they don't want to be charged incorrectly, then maybe listen to them instead of acting like a 5 year old, shouting at them and throwing a temper tantrum.
Calling my review 'misinformation' is so petty and pathetic. I was expecting an apology and a link to where I can file a formal complaint and get my money back."
