"The food was really excellent; we had a big 400g Steak that was expertly grilled as well as a variety of lamb that just melted in your mouth.
The museum in the front is awesome as well; it takes about half the space of the Haubarg and gives great insights into the history of Eiderstedt/Nordfriesland and the myths surrounding the Roter Haubarg. Would recommend to arrive about an hour in advance to check out the museum; it's really worth it to read every single sign in there."

"We visited the restaurant in the historic building as a family of four and we were placed at the terrace (Corona measures). The food was tasty and well presented. However the plaice with chip potatoes was a bit oily. I had Matie (young herring) with mayonnaise potato salat and it was good. The service was very friendly and knowledgable.
We will come back for another visit, it was well worth in this historic building."
