"Liked · We had an apartment. The apartment was large. The bathroom was well equiped. The furniture supplied was nice and ample. Parking was close to room
Disliked · The office is manned for a couple of hours per day. Nobody to handle problems if and when they occure. The kitchen had inadequate utencils and also no microwave. The bedroom was on second floor meaning we needed to haul our suitcases on our own up to second floor: no elevator. This was not described durig booking. The heating made a high pitch noise and there was no hotel agent to help. A mechanical noise came on and off from a facility next door during the night. The beutiful casle is inaccessible to the guests, despite its use in the name and pictures of the hotel. When we arrived the reception office was locked and no one answered the phone. Reception houts are a couple of hours only not mentioned at booking time."

"Can't comment at the rooms, as I was here for a concert. But it is a charming place, nice castle, nice area to walk around with water, river and park. Staff was friendly and helpful. It had a very nice atmosphere and I definitely plan to come back for another concert or perhaps a stay in a room :) One note, mobile data reception in this area is fairly poor, going from none to barely a connection."
