Stayed here for one night and had a wonderful time.
Rooms are very neat. I had a room with two twin size beds. The bed, pillows, and bedding were super comfortable. I wish I could have stayed here for multiple nights.
The restaurant served delicious dinner and breakfast. I had a burger with sweet potato fries and a delicious pumpkin soup for dinner. Breakfast was a buffet style which had a lot of variety.

"Dear Panorama Hotel,
I was very disappointed to see how your staff treats your guests. I came to the hotel late, around 3 AM in the morning. Due to me being extremely exhausted after a 12 hour trip I didn’t see the ringing bell on your door and just quietly knocked. Mr Sheikh was at the reception this night, he opened the door as if I owe him something and I was not welcome at all. He annoyingly said that there is a door bell, you shouldn’t be knocking, not even trying to show some respect to your guest. Moreover my check in was really hard with this man. It is sometimes hard to understand what is he saying due to language barrier he has. He threw me a paper to fill up my data, I’ve filled it up and he still was unpleasant. After I’ve got my key he even didn’t explain me where my room is located as if it’s not even his duty, and the most disgusting thing he did is that after a small change has fallen onto his desk, I asked him if he could give it to me, for the amount to be paid for the room without getting many metal coins, 3 times in a raw the guy ignored my request. I would recommend you to take my review seriously and try talking with your staff about their behavior and their relationship to your customers. If you need any further information regarding this situation, do not hesitate to contact me.

"We stayed there for just one night and I would say for that price we expected a little more. There was no shampoo in the bathroom bottle, the bedsheet was torn, there was a strange sticky stain on the shelf in the bathroom and some black hair here and there. We were offered pay extra 10€ for a view from the room (which I think was actually worth it) but we were disappointed to be informed we also have to pay 15€ extra for the dog. Booking had the usual "additional charges may apply" but the amount was not stated and 15€ is way above standard for a dog.
The AC showed only fahrenheit and the temperature can't be set higher than 21°C which is still pretty low when the outside temperature is above 35. You can't also turn it off completely.
The wifi was great.
Lastly, we expected a great breakfast based on booking reviews and it was only ok.
The town is really cute and the parking is free."
