"Today I went there with my husband and my friends. I mentioned them that I am pregnant. I asked to get a glutenfree and lactosefree meal, and that I am totally ok with cross contamination, as I don't have any allergy and celiac disease but I am intolerant. And of course I know what I can eat and tolerate... The chef of the restaurant refused to serve me the food that's naturally glutenfree but prepared in the same kitchen due to risk of contamination even though I explained well that contamination does not affect me and even though I am pregnant and very hungry... I've never seen such a rude act in any other restaurants so far. I am very disappointed and will definetely tell the experience to all my friends and colleagues that live around Ulm to let them know how much this restaurant lacks empathy. We had to leave and had to search for another restaurant."
