"The park itself is very beautiful, but the long waiting times (25-40 minutes) do not justify the 5s you spend on the ride. At Europa Park, for example, a waiting time of 20 min is ok, the ride is quite long and full of adrenaline, not the case at Rulantica. My advice, come in the summer for the outdoor pools and rides and leave the big indoor rides for winter time when it's less crowded. Overall a nice experience, a fun day to spend with the family."
