The historic Grand Hotel and charming villas are frequently highlighted, alongside the pristine beaches and surrounding nature. "We've enjoyed staying at Villa Schwalbe since 2015, mostly over New Year's. It's beautifully located, right on the promenade. It offers a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. The apartments are very clean and nicely furnished, a mix of old and new furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped. The Lein family is very friendly and welcoming. We enjoy being guests at the villa and highly recommend it."
ANKE FIEBIG
"This was our first time here at Villa Schwalbe, and it was truly lovely.
We received a very friendly welcome from the landlady.
The apartment was fantastic, super clean, and the amenities were top-notch, with a mix of old and new furniture. Nothing was missing, and the location is, of course, fantastic.
We highly recommend the villa; thank you for letting us be our guests."
Michael Ahl
"We have been to Warnemünde many times, but never to Villa Schwalbe with the Lein family. It is the perfect holiday home away from the hustle and bustle of the promenade and the river. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea and you can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable here with the Lein family. Unfortunately the week was over far too quickly, but we'll be back!"
