What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Isarphilharmonie's exceptional acoustics and the unique charm of the Dachgarten rooftop. However, some find the building's layout confusing and the cloakroom service to be expensive and poorly managed. The industrial exterior contrasts with a cozy interior, offering a mixed but generally positive experience.
"The concert room is very nice, you can have a good view from everywhere. The only negative side is the fence on the upper levels. The lobby is simply very ugly and crowded. The wardrobe is ridiculously expensive, with bad and rude staff charging you 2.80€ per jacket, when it should be for free!"
Caio Souza Cavalcante
"I saw Swedish orcherstra team, and they played famous Mozart's one. It is always nice to hear grand music coming out of numerous instrument. The place was no nice. Apprearqnce outside looks a bit like factory, but it is neaty and cozy place inside. Enjoyable wine and books are everywhere. The net wire is setup in upper and side seats for safety, and it intervene with our sight a little. But it does not matter for listenning music."

"I took part in a free Salsa dancing event there. Very big hall, good lighting, cool DJ and awesome dancing experience. It was a very cold night, but the building had a pleasant temperature for a light dancing outfit. I had a great time!"
