"We signed up online for the boat tour for 10 am on Aug 24. We were the only 2 people on the boat and the lake was quiet and the tour was so great and relaxing. Lots of good pictures. The agent manning the desk and the boat driver were both super nice and spoke great English as well. Definitely worth checking out."

"We had the worst experience of our lives.
When we arrived, no one asked us whether our young children needed life vests. I had to specifically request them myself. I noticed the family next to us had even younger children — just 4 and 6 years old — and they weren’t offered life vests at all.
Not long after we set off, we heard the mother from that family scream in sheer panic. One of their children had fallen into the water. The father jumped in immediately to try and save him. It was horrifying. It was traumatic. And worst of all — it was preventable.
This should never have happened.
There must be a strict and enforced policy that all children under 12 wear a life vest any time the boat is moving. No exceptions. Safety should not depend on whether a parent knows what to ask for — especially when they’re trusting a company with their family’s lives.
We are absolutely heartbroken. My entire family is traumatized. And that family… their child and father are is still missing.
Please, take this seriously. This cannot happen again."

"I’m happy to say that I had such a wonderful experience today paddle boarding. I arrived 15 minutes early and was allowed to start right away. I even was about 10 minutes late due to poor steering with the wind 😂 and it was no problem. For the beauty of the lake, there were many islands accessible to jump off of into the water. You can’t beat the price either, 10/10."
