Visitors generally praise the Rotkäppchen Sektkellerei for its engaging exhibition and the enjoyable tasting experience, often highlighting the historical significance and the quality of the Sekt. Some note that the exhibition focuses more on history than live production and that German language panels can be a barrier for international visitors.
"Amazing experience. We booked the guided visit with tasting and it was great. The only downside is that you don’t see the production and just hear about it. Our special recommendation: Go to the bar and try a glass of 1856 Weißburgunder!"

"We booked on-line one of the experiences. It was a self guided one . The exhibition is nice and has both useful info and some interactive exhibits. It could be more immersive . You make an effort if you are not German because of the exclusively German panels. Shop and wine tasting areas are very nice. One glass of sekt included in the tasting."

"Apologies for an incomplete review - we visited on new year's eve, they shut early and we were not in time to visit the exhibition. We did enjoy the shop and cafe however. It is a lovely and friendly place, particularly if you have a spot of ostsglia. FYI they stop selling tickets to the exhibition 90 minutes before closing. We celebrated the new year with a bottle of the trocken riesling sekt with a picture of Uta from the nearby Naumburg dom on the label, which was delicious. My son enjoyed some of the alcohol free fruit flavoured drinks and we all enjoyed the chocolates."
