"A very magical place and specially easily accessible compared to many other mountain lakes. You can access it by walking or by bike. If you wanna a minimal offer you can go by train to Feldberg-Bärental and continue from there walking for 1h30. It's definitely worth the way. But you need to be careful that the lake is not suitable for swimming ☝️ but you can hike around and go up the mountain summit. From there also you can go to Feldberg village or to ZweiseenBlick viewpoint."

"the heart of Blackforest. At an elevation above 1000m, this lake though to be dated to Glacier age, where it formed naturally. Currently, the Feldsee has special plant species in the water, for which it has been part of the national park region in Blackforest. It is also prohibited to swim in this lake. A hike down from the Feldberg with rugged rocks and sturdy roots of the trees opens you to the special view of the feldberg rockfaces at one side and reflection of trees. Have a walk around the lake through sunset. More images and videos are available on Youtube and Instagram. Instagram - @the_snapwalk"
