"Unfortunately not the same friendly experience as 12 years ago. Paid parking while you pay for the visit alrdy, which is 10 mins of video and 30 mins tour. Also paid toilets. Products overpriced. I would visit another place rather than this one. Seen way better tours which where less overcommercialized."

"a guided tour takes abou a half hour and is less interesting if you already know a little bit about glass (process). it costs you about 8 euro. The session to make a "self-made" piece of work is nothing more than a couple of blowing. For it, you pay extra 12 euro."
