What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Kierberg is praised for its friendly, home-like atmosphere and strong community spirit. Residents appreciate the local events and green spaces like Kaiserbahnhof Park. However, some find the train station's amenities lacking and experience occasional transport delays.
"I live here in Kierberg and feel at home. The neighborhood is very friendly and helpful."
Birgit Heuel
"The train I take every morning is often delayed, especially in fall and winter...
The seats at the station are very far back, which is inconvenient. There are elevators here, but they're often broken. Since it's not covered, everyone has to stand on the stairs in the underpass when it rains.
PS: A little over a year after I wrote this review, there have been some improvements:
Firstly, two more benches (unfortunately not protected from the rain) have been installed, which are also much closer to the entrance of this station. A significant upgrade ;) Secondly, the elevators are hardly ever broken anymore.
Conclusion: four stars instead of three :D"
Manasse Sonntag
"The ticket machine is located outdoors. There is no protection from the rain. There are a few covered areas, such as the underpass."
