The restaurant offers nice Rhine views, but the building's atmosphere is sometimes described as functional rather than warm.

"I was enthusiastically asking the Bonn TI about interesting sites in Bonn. I even bought the Bonn tourist map. Unfortunately, I took the bus and went to the Beethoven hall and saw the huge construction was going on. The TI didn’t even bother to mention that the site was going on renovations for some times. I could only see (barely) the famous Beethoven face sculpture and lots of banners for the future Beethoven Hall.
Wish the Bonn TI could be more more helpful and informative the next time. Sigh 😔!"

"Not much to see except a sculpture of Beethoven - or if you go to a concert. But it's not far from other attractions such as Bonn Theatre, Beethoven house, or if you'd like a walk by the Rhine you can include this place as part of your tour."
