"Good experience. The staff, especially Patrick was super helpful. It was my first time in berlin and he suggested a few places to check out and provided a map. The facility is clean. The room is small but good enough. Good location. My only concern was not being able to eat my food in the lobby. A lady told me to I cannot eat my food in the lobby. But the day previously the other worker allowed me to eat my food and even provided me silverware. Overall good experience. Thank you, team!"

"- Overall, I'd say the designers of this hotel are somewhat thoughtless & inconsiderate - and ignore comforts that should be in every hotel;
- Small, cramped room w/ minimal surface/Table area to work with, probably typical in a city.
- Strange art on wall, kind of creepy, and right above the bed. See picture.
- Bathroom has half-shower door. Why the H do hotel designers think half-shower door is cool? It is NOT! Water gets on the floor, and cold draft comes into your hot shower. Suks!;
- Bathroom Door auto swings closed causing steam build-up, must prop it open to get ventilation and clear the steam;
- Bathroom has Small, weirdly place bar to hang hand towel, below sink, risk of falling onto floor;
- AC is turned off by maintenance - must open windows & hear road & train noise - if you want some cool air or ventilation;
- No liners in trash cans which is highly disgusting!
- One English channel out of a huge list of German channels - inconsiderate!"

"Nice hotel, clean and with a modern design. The check-in was fast, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, had a good desk for working, and the Wi-Fi was stable the whole time. I especially liked the breakfast — they had both hot and cold options, and the coffee was really good. I was traveling alone and felt safe the entire time. I’ll definitely recommend this place to others."
