"curious facade"

"The customer service experience for the water dispensers was less than ideal. They were unfriendly, and I just wanted to hang up or see how far my phone could fly.
If you're dissatisfied or simply unable to handle customers properly on the phone, sometimes even speaking with a snotty attitude (which I could see through the phone), then you should reconsider your career path.
Thanks a lot."

"If the Berlin Waterworks had existed at the end of the war in 1945, the water supply and the reconstruction of the destroyed infrastructure would probably not have been completed in Berlin to this day. While other countries are building huge bridge projects (Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge 2009-2016) or airports (Istanbul 2014-2018) within a few years, this company has been "tinkering" with its pipeline for about 4.5 years, just a few kilometers away between Osdorfer Straße and Hindenburgdamm. Another "major construction project" is located across the state border in Großbeeren. After a pipe burst, the town's main road has been completely closed for two months and will likely remain closed for at least another four weeks. This includes a complete bypass with an approximately 10 km detour and annoying traffic jams! The construction site is approximately 60 meters in size!!!
No, actually, only zero stars would be appropriate here.😡"
