When I tried to check in, she angrily refused to help me, flatly stating she does not speak English, and made zero effort to assist.
It wasn't the language barrier, but the sheer hostility that was shocking. In a major tourist area, this level of rudeness towards international visitors is unacceptable. It’s a shame that such a nice facility employs front-desk staff so ill-equipped for the hospitality industry. If you don't speak German, prepare for a very stressful and unwelcoming check-in."
