"I had a very relaxing quality sauna experience, until I asked to get my bikini from a sauna locker that a member of personell had locked me out of. The lady behind cash register extensively lectured me on how I should not have tried to use a second locker (embarrassed, I even apologized to her several times in my bad german)... and then she said "Are you not happy we locked it for you? Really, you should be happy." This was too much for me and I replied that actually, I was not happy, as it was a bit inconvenient for me. She got really angry and shouted "Meine gotte!" as she walked away... Needless to say I left not relaxed, but stressed and upset."
