Reviews Summary

Tskaltubo Spa Resort offers a unique historical experience, with many praising its grand architecture and the therapeutic potential of its thermal springs. However, some visitors have noted issues with service and amenities, suggesting a need for further renovation and consistent service standards across all facilities.

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The service was awful—there was no toothbrush, toothpaste, towel, or even coffee in the room. When I called reception, I was told they don’t provide coffee and that I could buy it in the restaurant, but the restaurant was already closed at 7 pm. Also, there were no towels available at the pool. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel."
