"A very interesting place to explore, Sanatorium Medea is probably the most picturesque building to explore in Tsakltubo. You will also meet a bunch of very friendly dogs here. If you park your car in the free car park in front of Bath House No. 6, its just a short 5-10min walk from there (there is a little opening and footpath a bit left from the cardboarded enterance). Its free to enter, just keep quiet as many people still live in nearby abandoned buildings"
