"Looks charming from a distance with its colorful lights glowing over the city at night but don’t get too close. Up close, it’s an ugly, rusty, abandoned structure that feels forgotten and out of place. Best admired from afar."

"Once in the Mtatsminda Park you’re most likely not able to miss the Tbilisi TV tower but it is a bit further inside the park so you’ll have to walk a bit. The tower also lights up at night so it’s very obvious to see anywhere. It also stands at a height of 274.5 meters.
It’s very cool looking up and being so close to the tower especially because majority of the time you see it from below so to see it close up is pretty cool. I’m not sure if visitors are currently allowed or have ever been allowed but currently they’re closed."

"The tower is really impressive to look at during the day and at night. We took the funicular up, which was enjoyable. You can view this tower from all of Tbilisi.
However, the tower itself is temporarily closed undergoing maintenance. So don't expect to be able to go up to it or get close.
The views from the area above are really nice, though. I suggest you ride the ferris wheel."
