"📌The Rioni is the main river of western part of the country and the largest river by discharge volume of water in Georgia. Also it is the longest river within the borders of the country. It originates in the Caucasus Mountains (From Phasi mountain) in the region of Racha and entering the Black Sea in Photi.
Rioni valley is very impressive, especially in Racha. Its banks are full of villages and wineyeards(in lower Racha).
📍Also, Kutaisi lies on the banks of Rioni.

"I was born near this river and and all memories are connected to it. But i will try not to be objective - if anyone is fond of whitewater rafting, this is the river u want. Besides, on the right bank of it, from Ambrolauri to Khvanchkara, u will have a perfect opportunity to taste unique wines of Racha, and down further, wines of Lechkhumi, not to say anything about the beauty of great Caucasian range and views 🙏💜"
