"Exceptional stay!
We absolutely loved everything about this hotel — the location is perfect, with plenty of lovely and delicious restaurants nearby. The staff were amazing: super friendly, helpful, and truly welcoming.
Breakfasts were a solid 10/10 — I’ve never started my day with wine before! 😄 Next time, we’ll definitely choose this hotel again.
Some minor downsides: it was quite noisy at night due to people partying outside (probably only in some rooms — we happened to stay in one of them 😅). Also, the bathroom ventilation wasn’t great, but that might have been specific to our room.
Overall, I highly recommend this place!"

"10/10 Stay – Highly Recommend!
Loved our stay at Hotel Old Town in Batumi! The staff were super friendly, the location is perfect—just a 5–10 min walk to the promenade, Ali & Nino sculpture, Piazza, Europe Square, and tons of shops and restaurants. The top-floor breakfast area has amazing 360° views of the city, and the terrace is lovely when the weather’s good. Rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Following a friend’s recommendation, we stayed at this hotel as two families. First of all, when it comes to location — it was perfect. It’s within walking distance to all of Batumi’s attractions. Although we arrived in the evening, we were still able to see Ali and Nino and the Ferris Wheel thanks to its central location. The next day, we managed to visit the rest of the sights easily as well.
There were grocery stores, markets, restaurants, and cafes all around the hotel. The rooms were very clean and warm. Even though we had two children with us, we had no issues regarding cleanliness or heating. Everything was flawless.
The breakfast was satisfying and sufficient for people of all nationalities. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They frequently called our room to check if we needed anything. If we go to Batumi again, we would definitely choose the same hotel. Thanks to all the staff of Old Town Batumi Hotel for everything."
