"Fairly modern synagogue. Closed outside of prayer times. Security.
No daily minyan in August 2025. Shabbat prayers primarily of tourists. Siddurim and talitot provided.
No kiddush after prayers. (for those coming a long way and don't have wine? )
Two kosher restaurants in the backyard during the week."

Eliedaat Adler

"A nice Jewish Synagogue. I was unable to find any history on it. Basically The Batumi Synagogue was built by Semyon Vulkovich in 1904. Batumi has many markers on the statues and monuments around town. They have ample street marking the locations. Signage is in Russian, Georgian and International language. Hopeful tourist information will start digging up the history on these old facilities."
