Unfortunately, visitors make the place dirty with abandoned trash and their deafening music, so more than 3.
Perhaps we should visit the falls around 6:30 or 7 a.m. to truly appreciate the place... or simply force visitors to use the parking lot at the start: carrying a subwoofer for 30 minutes with a 200-meter elevation gain would calm the enthusiasm of some.
