"Impressive, immersive and immaculately explained. I visited the Fort for the first time this evening [21h-00h]. There were around 60 other visitors. The volunteers especially the Vice-President are all well-organised, professional and shared their passion and knowledge of the Fort.
I would whole-heartedly recommend a visit in the evening and another in the day to fully appreciate the multiple rooms with objects of the period including inert shells and firearms.
And, the péchot train journey and live firing demonstration made the visit very special.
Thank you."

Leslie Pun

"Very interesting. Well preserved. Only French explanations, but questions asked in English were answered."

Sue Wetton

"An excellent and rare example of this type of fort with lots of it working. Much bigger than expected but you do some of it by narrow gauge train. Guides only in French but we still managed to learn a lot. If you only go for the views it's worth it. Recommend"
