"I had the chance to dine at La Digue de Villers this week.
Overall, the food was excellent, and I got to try a few different things. The oysters, in particular, were incredibly fresh.
Among the main courses, the scallops (St Jacques) were absolutely outstanding, paired with a superb sauce. In addition, the cod fillet came with a beautifully balanced sauce. What stood out to me most about this restaurant was the perfect harmony of the sauces with each dish.
We also shared a lovely fish tartare as a starter, which was a great way to begin the meal.
The desserts were also very appetizing and complemented the seafood dishes well. The apple dessert with caramel sauce and ice cream was especially good.
Overall, both the service and the food were excellent. The interior was a bit crowded and noisy, but I’m sure it’s a fantastic spot to enjoy during the summer.
As for the prices, I found them a bit high, but well justified by the quality of the experience.
The Pouilly-Fumé by Dominique Guyot was an outstanding wine that paired beautifully with the entire meal. Its crispness and complexity complemented the seafood dishes incredibly well."

"Great location overlooking the sea, the terrace is protected from the incoming wind so you can sit outside even on cooler days and when hot the roof opens.
Service was very good, friendly staff explaning the dishes as required.
The menu has enough choice and was very tasty and well presented. I thought it was a little pricey at 42 euros plus drinks but you’re paying for the view and I would go back again."
