Pretty limited in terms of facilities, much more higher up and gondola only starts at 9am.
Free buses go from the middle of 1800 which is only about 5 min away from most of it but you have to switch from Green bus serving 1550 and 1800 to a Blue route serving the two higher villages.

La Lac was more varied for eateries but I would look to book especially for your last night if staying at 1800 make sure that you checkboit the free bus times for the evening. "Les Boisses is the second lowest ski area in Tignes. If you like a quieter location, this is your thing. There is only 1 lift that takes you over the mountain to the larger ski area of Le Lac and Val Claret, or you can take the bus that runs every 15 minutes.
There is little to do in Les Boisses. Only a few terraces and three restaurants, two (ski/sports) shops, a petrol station and a Spar grocery store. Everything, as expected, is rather expensive."
