What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
While the Vélodyssée Talmont Coastal Section offers beautiful scenery and a pleasant cycling experience, some visitors have encountered issues with bike rentals, including unexpected price increases and mechanical problems. Adhering to shop hours and confirming rental terms are key to a smooth trip.
"For the last couple of days my bike was making a ticking noise for each pedal revolution so I brought it to Dinovélo to check it out and change the pedals as the bearings were getting pretty tired. So Hervé the owner changed the pedals and barely charged me anything for his work. He’s the nicest guy ever not just because he didn’t make me pay much but also because he helped me out to find a box for my bike for when I come back home from Paris. He called a buddy in Paris (guy also fixes bikes) and told him about my need to find a box to take my bike on the airplane. The other guy said no problem I’ll find a box for him.
Wow I’m impressed. That’s good service. Anyone going to Vendée he’s the guy to go see for renting or fixing a bike."
