The person conducting the tasting was very knowledgeable and helpful, so was able to pick wines according to our tastes. You can do a tasting without a tour, or you can participate in a tour! The tour starts with a video, and a walkthrough of the caves. What's different here is, you get to see a production site within the cave! It's a pretty rare sight indeed!
