It's very disturbing & unpleasant that in certain residential areas we found dog poops everywhere! I wrote to ville de Saint Étienne and it seems there's no way to improve. I was wondering if Bio-seau can be so effectively change our habits of sorting trashes, then why not try to find some solutions aim for cleaner side walks and neighborhoods? Thank you for your time to read this review, it's been my biggest set off in Saint Etienne."
