Reviews Summary
This historic water mill restaurant in Pont-Aven offers a charming riverside dining experience with a varied menu, including popular pizzas, mussels, and crepes. While many praise the unique ambiance, delicious food, and friendly service, some visitors have encountered unfriendly staff or noted limitations with late-night appetizers and tap water quality.
"Real good restaurant!
The mussels were delicious and big. Oysters are the best in all the months that finished with ER like September, locals says.
The beef carpaccio was succulent.
The view at Pont-Aven is incredible."

"Lovely setting eating at this water mill. Babbling sounds of water rushing by in the outside seating with ducks crowding around the banks. Quick service. Yummy poke bowls and very large pizzas!"

"A good time to visit this lovely little restaurant as it will be very busy 'in season'. Billed as a Pizza restaurant, this Bar/Brasserie actually offers far more and of course regular French Cuisne. A central bar is a focal point for drinks with cosy seating areas all around. 2 open terraces right on the river are lovely and command a great view. The one at the rear was my favourite. Don't forget to have a look at the working mill inside. Friendly staff and the owner took time to chat with us..... and in English, which was good for me! Je ne parle qu'un peu français!"
