"The SNCF station is somewhat modern but dirty. Homeless use it for shelter. There is a ticket counter and for awhile it even had workers at it. There is an associated modern shopping center which has a mix of travelers, locals, homeless, and police milling about (one guy was arrested while I was there so that was entertaining). There is a pay toilet on the upper platform but go into the shopping center for a better, free, toilet."
