"Great place to study"

"I am a foreign student who was unable to enroll at ESAD due to their incompetence.
To begin with, they didn't give me my schedule for the oral exam, a test for which I paid €50…
I was able to take the exam by chance, because I had written to them on the morning of the first day the exams began because it seemed strange to me. As a result, I had to show up unprepared and with less than half an hour to prepare. They neglected to give me more time, even though it was their mistake.
Despite this, I continued with the entrance exams and was admitted less than a month ago. After that, I had to write to them to request an alternative to a check to pay the tuition. I didn't receive a response to my email, so my mother and I called each other five times and wrote a total of four times. Each time, we got nothing. They contradicted themselves and showed indifference. The payment deadline was today, and I still haven't received a response from the university.
I think they should be ashamed of providing such poor service and continuing to call themselves an arts college.
Shameful."

"I take the public painting and drawing classes and I'm delighted with them, they are varied and I've really been able to progress in my practice. The teachers are very involved in the follow-up and their advice is adapted to each person. I also took the Urban sketching and comics courses which were a turning point for me. Finally, my children loved the Manga comics course which they wanted to do twice! They gained confidence in their budding drawing talents and for that alone I am very grateful to their teacher."
