I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the overall experience even better.
The breakfast selection was impressive and offered a good variety of fresh options. The location was also convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation.
A special thank you to Jessica for the chocolate — a very thoughtful gesture that made my stay even nicer.
The only small downside was that some areas, such as the fitness room and lobby seating, could be improved or expanded. Nevertheless, these were minor issues and did not significantly affect my stay.
Overall, I can highly recommend this hotel. It offers great value for the price, excellent service, and a very welcoming atmosphere. I would happily stay here again."

The hotel feels modern and polished without being stuffy, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable—exactly what you want after long days of walking around Paris. The location was super convenient for getting around (easy transit access), and check-in/check-out was smooth.
Service was a standout: everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful with small requests (which matters a lot when you’re traveling as a group). The lobby and common areas feel lively but still easy to navigate, and overall the hotel just ran efficiently.
If you’re coming to Paris with family and want something clean, comfortable, well-located, and reliably managed, this is a great pick. Would absolutely stay here again."

"My stay at the Pullman Hotel was unfortunately far below expectations, especially considering the hotel’s rating and reputation.
Reception: From the moment we arrived, the experience was unpleasant.
There was no greeting, no one offered to help with the door, and even the security staff noticed I had a child with me but did not assist at all. Not a professional start.
Front Desk: When we reached the front desk, it was crowded and completely unorganized.
We didn’t know where to stand or whom to speak to, and there was no clear guidance from the staff.
Room: The room was acceptable overall — not great, but fine compared to the rest of the experience.
Service: We requested a baby crib, and it took a very long time to arrive.
It was extremely difficult to reach room service or reception because everything had to be done through an iPad in the room, and it wasn’t working.
We had to go downstairs to inform the reception, and they said they would send someone. We waited more than 10 minutes, and two staff members eventually came but didn’t know how to fix the issue. They didn’t even replace the device — they simply said, “We don’t know what the problem is,” and left it at that.
Breakfast: There were many food options and the dining area was large, but almost everything was empty even though I arrived at 7:50 AM.
Having a variety of options doesn’t help if none of them are available.
Luggage Storage: This was the most frustrating part.
We asked them to store our luggage for the day because we were going to Disneyland and returning for an additional night. They refused, saying that “important guests” were arriving and would need the storage space.
This was the main reason we canceled the rest of our stay.
Overall Unfortunately, the experience was below standard in almost every aspect — weak reception, ineffective service, disorganization, and a lack of attention to guests’ needs.
Based on my stay, I would not recommend this hotel."
