"Don't forget to reserve on their website before going. I think the queue is always huge, and if you don't reserve you might end up standing in the crowd there which is not pretty cool. If you reserve, you will not wait in the queue and you will get a table. With a very nice view of the Hotel de Ville. I like the ambiance of this place. The drinks are not the best drinks, but they're fine. The food is not good at all. So go there to mainly enjoy the nice place and the lovely view."

Unfortunately there is always a queue downstairs to go up because the place is a little small, but if you arrive 15 minutes before the place opens you will have the opportunity to choose a good table and order your drinks without queuing."
