1. Sarcastic & Disrespectful: After I politely inquired about champagne (as I have visited Reims for few days), she rolled her eyes and replied mockingly, “Maybe in Dubai?”
2. Lack of Knowledge & Effort: When asked about products, she appeared unfamiliar with details and was unwilling to check stock or retrieve items. It felt as though providing basic assistance was too much trouble.
3. Consistently Poor Demeanor: Her tone was condescending, mixing languages dismissively. Her bad attitude never improved, even as we paid and left.
4. Forced Silence: I had to swallow my frustration to avoid ruining my friend’s special trip to see the Paris Christmas lights. This should never happen in a luxury store.
This felt like targeted disrespect. While other staff were polite, one employee’s conduct completely ruined this iconic brand experience.
I filed a formal complaint but received only a generic, template response with no real accountability.
