What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Mers-les-Bains for its exceptional location, just steps from the sea and town center, and commend the friendly, helpful staff. However, some reviews point out that the apartments could benefit from modernization, particularly the furnishings and bedding, and parking can be a challenge.
"It was good"
Jasper Mulder
"The residence is well-maintained with helpful and friendly staff.
It's very well located in the city center and just a 2-minute walk from the esplanade.
My only complaint is the size of the double bed; a 160cm wide bed would be better.
Parking in the ground-floor parking lot is difficult; to get a space, you have to reserve one in the underground garage."
Fréd
"The location is excellent, less than 50 meters from the seafront, opposite the mini golf course and next to the market. Nothing to complain about.
The staff was also excellent, always smiling.
The pool was clean and the water in the large pool was very warm, unlike the smaller pool, which is a shame.
The only downside to this residence is the apartments, which need a good refresh: modernize the curtains, as well as the sofa bed, and especially the bedding, which needs to be replaced; the mattresses are far too thin.
Knowing that the Tréport residence is a few kilometers away, which seems more modern, some investment would be welcome."
