"It's a very small but significant little museum promoting the rise and popularity of Brie as a region and its famous cheese. It's house inside the same building that also serves as the Tourism Office of Meaux. It's a welcoming little office with most things Brie are available in the gift shop section (and available to purchase) and upstairs which dedicates more information and books on the background of Brie region and its cheese. I discovered that Brie-de-Meaux cheese is made from raw unpasteurized cow milk with delicious creamy centre. Funnily enough, it's not as popular in Meaux as I discovered. This little Brie-de-Meaux museum is well run by the same friendly and approachable staffs who run the Tourism Office of Meaux. A great place to start if you're visiting Meaux for the first time. Suitable for all ages."
