As it's still lived in, there are quite a few areas you can't visit, including the medieval tower, presumably because this is where the family lives, however the rest of the chateau is still worth a visit."

In the slightly overgrown and abandoned state it looked like the home base for a vampire or some other denizen of darkness. Don't take this the wrong way, the building is very impressive and would probably be welcoming if set up for visitors. I would definitely attend if I could!"
