"We took the guided tour of the caves. There is a second part that is unguided. I was pleased with the mineral structures visible and that the caves were overall intact, with minimal signs of human presence. There were even tiny crustaceans or insects visible in some of the cave ponds. Those who frequent caves will find these ones a bit short, and I feel that there is an opportunity in the second half to provide additional educational and historic context through informational panels. I asked the guide several basic questions but she was not able to provide much in the way of answers."

They are well lit to present the stalactites and stalagmites. It is very cold in the final bit (max 4 degrees), so you may need another layer. Food and beverage options near reception.
