"A family game of tarot, a bottle of Farigoule to accompany us... or 2 :), where is happiness?... it's there! An excellent digestif, without headache or drunkenness, truly delicious! Thank you for this discovery!"

"We have loved the products of Distilleries de Provence for many years. We were lucky enough to discover them in a restaurant, although we had long been familiar with the Pastis Henri Bardouin. For us, it's the best on the market. At our chambre d'hôtes in southwest France, we enjoy their aperitifs, liqueurs, and other delicacies extensively, and our guests are always delighted. We've probably tried all of their creations by now. Each one is special. For example, the Génépi (very rare) and the Farigoule made with thyme, both very traditional in the region. Our current favorites are the new Elisir M.P. Roux (exceedingly successful with its complex flavor of all the herbs) and the RinQuinQuin, a light, refreshing wine based on aromatic Provençal peaches and a white wine. Excellent as an aperitif! On mild spring or summer evenings, the Bau, a sparkling wine made with Muscat grapes, is a hit.
We love Forcalquier, even though it's quite far from where we live in the Dordogne. Fortunately, mail-ordering works perfectly. However, the shop right on the edge of the small town, with its friendly and enthusiastic salespeople and its colorful and moving history, is always worth a visit."
