"This is a large rectangular shaped public square in Colmar centred around a monument fountain and statue of Admiral Armand Joseph Bruat (1796-1855). You will also find a fun historic Carrousel 1900 along with tree lined walking paths criss-crossing the park.
There are numerous park benches to grab a seat and take a rest as well. We passed through the park in route the historic centre of Colmar from the Central train station, there is signage pointing day visitors to the main Christmas Markets that take you through the park."

"Beautiful and peaceful park, too bad there is no ice cream parlor in sight! With temperatures nearing 35 degrees it would have been nice if the two big bars would have ice cream available."
Al Bass
"Beautiful and huge park in the Center of the city near to the main train station. They do have a small playing place for the kids and a place for the coffee. It is good to have a short walk in the park. Well maintained and clean place. Green and peaceful to have a wonderful walk."
