What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Lac de l'Ailette for its stunning natural beauty, accessible walking trails, and abundant wildlife. The historical sites like Vauclair Abbey add a unique charm. However, some guests found the Center Parcs facilities, particularly the pool, in need of renovation, and heatwaves can impact water levels for activities.
"Stunning lake, although was quite low when we visited due to the recent heatwave. Some watersports had been cancelled due to the water level, ring ahead of you’re planning activities on the lake."

"What a wonderful discovery! The walks are accessible and allow you to observe the lake's wildlife at its best. The facilities are impressive because they are well thought out to be in harmony with nature. Thank you to the managers 🙏👏"

"We stayed there in July for a family vacation. After two other experiences at Center Parcs, this last one was the least good. Indeed, the pool could do with renovation, especially at ground level. As for the summer activities, we enjoyed those for children with an open-air cinema, mini disco, etc. As for the accommodation, it was very hot, which was a bit of a disruption to our daily lives. Also, there was a lack of storage space in the bathroom. However, all the staff were friendly."
