There is a free car park, which is totally inadequate when busy, you can also park down the road near the sports centre, just allow plenty of time if you have booked to go on the train. You can walk alongside the fenced area for quite a distance, even down to the areas eastwards, and there are lots of footpaths and cycle paths. There's a good view of the stones from the roof of the centre."
