Reviews Summary
Guests rave about the exceptional hospitality of the owners, the beautiful and peaceful grounds, and the comfortable rooms that blend historical charm with modern amenities. Many highlight the unique experience of staying in a historic château. Some minor points of improvement could involve more varied dining options on-site.
"We were looking for a place to spend a night outside Paris after arriving from a long flight. My husband is disabled and uses a wheelchair and it is often difficult to find suitable accommodation. We were so fortunate to discover Chateau de Bourbon because not only is the castle situated in stunning grounds and the owners are delightful and incredibly welcoming, they have renovated one of the rooms in the villa to be fully wheelchair accessible with roll-in shower, ramps, etc. It was such a delight to be able to enjoy this in this beautiful environment! We will definitely be returning for a longer stay!"

"Outstanding experience. My wife and came to the area for one of our friends’ wedding and stayed at Chateau de Bourron this month. The place is beautiful and peaceful. We stayed in the D’Artagnan guest house. The room was fantastic, everything is designed to remind you that you’re in a 18th century castle (but of course with all the modern amenities). The owner graciously gave us a brief tour of the chateau’s main level. The breakfast was amazing. We spent several hours walking on the domain, which is beautifully maintained. We’d love to come back!"
