Reviews Summary

Visitors praise the Musée des Années 30 for its intimate atmosphere and engaging collection of 1930s art and design, particularly Landowski's sculptures. The friendly staff and reasonable entry fee are also highlights. Some visitors found the museum smaller than expected and noted that certain sections, like the 'Arts Deco' area, were sometimes closed for renovation.

"The furniture section was not accessible to the public but away from that good immersion in the 30s. I was expecting the museum to be somewhat bigger but for 8€, one cannot complain. Bonus was also an exhibition in the hall of local artists."

David B.

"This is a lovely museum that has great vibes, not so many famous artworks and artists however. The Landowski part is interesting, I had no idea he designed Rio’s Christ redemptor. There was a fascinating part with pictures from the exposition internationale des arts decoratifs of 1925. The « Arts Deco » part of the museum was closed for renovation which was a shame as I think it’s one the highlights. It was relaxing and quiet."

Daniel H

"An absolutely delightful experience. From buying an entrance ticket, through to each floor of the exhibition to the exit. The staff at the main desk had a lot of information about the exhibits and the local area. All in all an amazing day out x"
