"I prebooked and prepaid the room. I arrived at 1am, reception then said that the hotel was overbooked. They can send me to a hotel up the road or put me in a Sauna facility. As I was already exhausted, I said the sauna room is fine. The bed was very small and the fire exit light kept me up all night. The next morning I saw that the toilets were not cleaned, not even flushed, and there were empty beer cans in the room. I thought they would make it up to me the next day, but they didn't show any indication of apology. The lady at the front desk even said that it happens a lot and made it seem normal that they would overbook and make this situation more common than only me."
