"Everything brilliant. I was here in January during building works and had a great time then. Now works are completed, even better. Staff, amazing, food amazing.Entertainment every night. Had a couple of things in room needed a bit of maintenance. Reported at reception and went back to room and engineers at the door. Wow. For all the moaners, you will it hard to pick. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning from something I ate outside the hotel, and during that difficult time, the hotel staff showed real professionalism and compassion. They kept calling to check on me, asked how I was feeling, and offered help, bringing anything I needed directly to my room. Thanks to their support, I felt much better and more comfortable.
